The Certified Transformational Leader programme will enable you to demonstrate enhanced knowledge, skills, values, mindsets and behaviors to excel as leaders in the workplace. Following this you will fast track your MBA as a student enrolled in York St John University, one of the oldest education institutions in the UK with a heritage of over 178 years.

Our Program

Your fast track to an MBA
12 Months Timeline

  • Stage 1

    The first six months include workshops on the first or second Thursday and Friday of each month, running from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm, followed by one-hour group mentoring sessions every Thursday 7.30-8.30am. Units are assessed by practical individual and group assessments. This leads to your Certified Transformational Leader award from the Chartered Management Institute.

  • Stage 2

    Stage two of the program starts as you enrol online at York St John University UK. You then join a final workshop with mentoring sessions, before beginning your applied research project for the next five months. You're supported throughout with monthly mentoring. At the end of those five months, you complete a seven-minute presentation which is then followed by a written project report of approximately 15,000 words. You should then be awarded a York St John University MBA.
